We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for operational leadership of the Rinkboards brand and for managing growth, service delivery, and customer relationships for Intergraphics Decal industrial graphics & decal business within the Ontario market. This role oversees all sports and event installations nationally and develops, manages, and delivers industrial graphics projects for customers in Ontario. The position ensures high-quality execution, strong customer service, efficient crew operations, and alignment with Intergraphics’ business objectives.
This position is currently open and reflects a replacement position due to a departure.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Other working conditions: Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with flexibility during event installations or major projects. Frequent travel to arenas, industrial sites, vendors, and customer locations across Ontario and Canada. Combination of office planning work and on-site installation oversight.
Responsibilities

- Lead Rinkboards Operations: Oversee national sports and event installations, manage crews, and ensure top-quality execution.
- Drive Ontario Sales: Build relationships, manage projects, and deliver industrial graphics solutions for key clients.
- Own Customer Experience: Act as the go-to liaison for major sports partners and industrial clients, ensuring service excellence.
- Manage Workflow & Quality: Oversee inventory, maintain standards, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety, reporting, and company standards across all projects.
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
- 5+ years of experience in event operations, installations, sports services, industrial graphics, signage, or a related field
- Experience managing crews, contractors, or field teams
- Experience with graphics installation (industrial, commercial, or sports) considered an asset
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Strong planning and problem-solving ability, especially in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of graphics, decals, substrates, installation techniques, and arena/event logistics is an advantage
