We are currently looking for a Delivery & Logistics Coordinator for a 3 months contract (could be extended). In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of photography samples and studio supplies. Operating a company cargo van, this role supports productions by transporting, organizing, and returning items as needed. In addition, the coordinator helps maintain organized inventory and shipping areas, prepares spaces for staging, and ensures health and safety standards are followed. This position requires reliability, strong communication, and attention to detail to keep studio operations running smoothly. This position also includes an element of support for the facilities coordinator.

Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
Deliveries & Pickups
- Safely operate a company cargo van for daily deliveries and pickups of photography samples and studio supplies.
- Ensure timely transportation of items between clients, vendors, and the studio.
- Verify accuracy of shipments by checking delivery documents and item counts.
- Handle loading and unloading of goods with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain clear communication with production teams regarding delivery schedules and sample statuses.
Sample & Supply Handling
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and transfer of samples for upcoming productions.
- Support producers and studio staff by ensuring the right items are delivered to the correct locations on time.
- Return samples and supplies to the studio inventory following productions.
- Occasionally source or purchase materials as directed by supervisor.
Studio and Facility Maintenance
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the inventory areas.
- Arrange areas for sample staging and walkthroughs.
- Ensure samples are returned to inventory areas when productions are complete.
- Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections (fuel, fluids, tires) and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines throughout the building.
- Act as a support to the facilities coordinator to assist in busier times and cover absences.
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
- Minimum college education or related job experience
- Experience working in a production or studio atmosphere, shipping and receiving or merchandising
- Experience driving cargo vans or larger commercial vehicles
- Basic handyman skills is an asset
- Proficient MAC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and other system programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
