  • Upholds all ethical standards associated with safety, quality and food safety policies and procedures within the facility, including the TC Transcontinental Code of Conduct and values.
  • Complies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Huntley plant, including, but not limited to-Health, Safety, Wellness (HSW), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Huntley plant.
  • Responsible for reporting all safety, quality, and food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
  • Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

  • Provides support to all onsite customer service representatives.
  • Leads and coordinates weekly customer service staff meetings.
  • Provide support to sales staff.
  • Provide customer service support by answering phones, taking orders, tracking delivery and order status, expediting delivery, providing minor support regarding complaints or problems.
  • Process incoming orders, modify existing orders or cancel orders in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Generate Pro Forma invoices as needed.
  • Initiate new art meetings and, as necessary, provide artwork approvals.
  • Handle inventory details for Min/Max customers.
  • Generate COAs & COCs as needed.
  • Monitor delivery dates.
  • Type NOCs and requests for credit from customers.
  • Keep sample files and archives up to date.
  • Prepare and mail product literature at customer’s request.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required: preparing mail, preparing reports, billings, vouchers and correspondence, filing and copying.
  • Maintain office and customer files.
  • Backup for receptionist as needed.
Essential Duties:
  • CSR is the main point of contact, develops strong working relationships with client and other department team members. Acts as a liaison between customer service, printing, sales, and production departments.
  • Prepares necessary job tickets, samples, and updates for production departments.
  • Understands and translates the job requirements into executable job instructions to ensure successful delivery within those job instructions.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction through courteous and professional conduct in all written, telephone or personal contacts.
  • Responsible for learning about the client’s organization, their products, services and changes.Must be detail oriented, organized, able to plan effectively, prioritize and multi-task.
Working Conditions:
  • This job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment.
  • While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift office products up to 25 pounds.
  • This position may have minimal exposure to hazards such as dust, high noise levels, solvent fumes, and medium heat on the production floor.

  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent typing. An understanding of Inventory Control principles. Previous Customer Service experience and the ability to positively interact with customers. No prior direct mail experience or training necessary but considered helpful. Print and/or packaging experience ideal.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLSMust possess the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Must be able to write simple correspondence and to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees (i.e., art meetings) and clients of the organization.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLSMust possess the ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Must possess good working knowledge of Office365 products.
