We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for our Intergraphics plant, located in Winnipeg. Your main role will be to ensure that our products and services meet defined quality requirements before they reach the customer. You will also set and monitor compliance to raw material and/or intermediate product requirements for Suppliers. In addition to the Quality, you will support and coordinate Health & Safety activity and actions in partnership with off-site resources

Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
- Understand customer needs, product and service requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Complete Customer First Article Inspection Reports (or similar documents) and submit the required documentation.
- Monitor and provide guidance to Production, Quality Control and Checking staff regarding product inspection processes.
- Maintain and update any process related to HSE in compliance with the Head Office politics.
- Review, update and analyze the Non Conformance Database and seek Continuous Improvements as a result.
- Maintain and update the Intergraphics Quality System to ensure we adhere to our 1SO9001-2015 standards.
- Maintain and update the C-TPAT certification and ensure all documentation is kept current.
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
- Post secondary education with a College or University Degree (Diploma or BSc/Ba); additional industry training or certifications are considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing industry, specifically with an 1SO9001-2015 system or equivalent
- C-TPAT Border Services system training desired
- Experience in occupational health and safety in the manufacturing sector (asset)
- Completion of Quality assurance documentation (First Article Inspections, Pre-Production Acceptance Parts and similar)
- Working knowledge of Quality data analysis, Pareto charts, Continuous Improvement methods and similar
- Awareness of and ability to enforce applicable customer, industry and regulatory requirements
- Occasional handling/lifting of weight under 50 lbs
- Occasional travel to the United States for customer site inspections (1-2 times a year)
