We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinators, onsite, in Paris, Ontario, to support the successful execution of client projects from initiation through delivery. This role will act as a central point of coordination across Sales, Account Management, Production, and Clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
- Interpret project briefs and develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes, in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers
- Monitor project progress on a daily basis, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential issues; implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Track project costs against approved budgets, investigate variances, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies
- Coordinate the preparation, approval, and distribution of all project documentation and materials (e.g., specifications, finish samples, production-ready assets) to ensure seamless production execution
- Building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing clear, timely updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with Production Managers to track work orders through all stages, including pre-production, production, quality inspection, shipment, and installation
- Championing projects from approval through final delivery and invoicing, ensuring alignment across all internal stakeholders
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably within a custom manufacturing, print, fabrication, or retail operations environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with ERP systems (PACE experience is considered a strong asset)
- Progress toward or completion of a PMP certification is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service orientation
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
