Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to assigned clientsCoordinate multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Receive, analyze, and communicate client requests to internal production teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure client expectations are met
• Assist in resolving issues and managing competing priorities
• Work closely with production, account management, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

• Postsecondary education in a related field or equivalent experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset
• Experience within advertising agencies, marketing, printing, publishing, or production environments is considered an asset
• Experience in customer service, account coordination, project coordination, or account management
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
