Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, you will be responsible for defining and deploying the company’s overall internal and external communications strategy. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to ensure communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

• Advising senior leaders on communications with employees, managers, media, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Leading communications related to strategic initiatives, organizational transformations, and major business issues.
• Developing leadership messaging, communication plans, executive content, and corporate visibility strategies.
• Managing media relations, crisis communications, public affairs, and government relations.
• Collaborating with Finance and Investor Relations teams to coordinate the external communications of a publicly traded company.
• Modernizing communication practices by leveraging data, digital tools, and artificial intelligence.
• Leading, developing, and engaging the Communications team.
• Contributing to the strengthening of the company culture and employee engagement across a multi-site manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

• More than 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications.
• Experience managing teams and advising senior leaders.
• Strong ability to influence, provide strategic counsel, and simplify complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience working within a publicly traded company is required.

• Experience in change management, organizational transformation, and/or manufacturing environments is a significant asset.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where strategic, operational, and people-related issues intersect.
