We are currently looking for full-time General Labourers to support production at our Halifax, NS plant.

When your actions lead to success.

• Assist and support in finished product preparation.
• Gather, prepare and set up materials required (ie: boxes, empty pallets, monos etc.).
• Follow direction for specifications of production dockets and work to be performed.
• Confirm skid cards and ensure correct identification, count and destination.
• Waste identification and recycling procedures.
• Assist operators in various functions on alphaliners and quarter folder equipment.
• Feed pockets/jackets, jogging, strapping and stacking of product.
• Identify and report any product issues.
• Assist with minor tasks, general maintenance and clean up.

• High school diploma, equivalent or combination of work experience.
• High regard for safety and collaboration.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Time management, planning and organization skills.
• Willing to learn and be part of a dynamic multi skilled team.
• Flexible and able to work shifts, varied or steady schedules (36 to 40 hours per week).
