We are looking for a Project Manager - Millwork on day shift for our Paris location

This position is currently open and reflects a replacement position due to an internal transfer, promotion, or departure.

The salary range for this position is $59,191 to $88,787 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Reporting to Client Services Supervisor, Project Manager III will function as a key liaison between the Client and Manufacturing. Project Manager III is responsible for the coordination of all campaigns and projects through client briefing & campaign development, quoting, planning & production, kitting & shipping.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client briefings to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into actionable plans specific to millwork solutions.
  • Develop accurate project estimates, including material specifications (wood, finishes), testing, and maintenance of client-specific rate cards.
  • Oversee campaign execution, including distribution list creation, production reporting, kitting coordination, and inventory management of millwork components.
  • Create, review, and distribute production documentation while prioritizing schedules to ensure timely delivery of custom-built fixtures and signage.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Production, Kitting, Shipping) and external suppliers, ensuring quality and consistency across millwork production processes.
  • Manage high-value client accounts, driving sales growth, profitability, and long-term relationships, while supporting strategic projects, custom builds, and continuous process improvements within millwork programs.

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management or account management within retail signage, or millwork environments.
  • Proven knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication processes, finishes, and installation requirements.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-location rollout projects involving custom fixtures or signage.
  • Strong ability to develop project estimates, interpret technical specifications, and manage production documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including production, fabrication shops, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Proficiency with database tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, project tracking tools); experience with inventory or ERP systems is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage high-value client relationships and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
