We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to to support a sales executive. In this role, you will assist with new business development, manage ongoing client opportunities, and provide essential administrative and project support in a fast-paced environment on day shift for our Paris On location.
This position is currently open and reflects a new position to support organizational growth.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:
- Provide day-to-day support to a sales executive as a key team member
- Assist in new business development and ongoing client opportunity management
- Maintain regular communication with clients and sales representatives
- Conduct store walks across the GTA and participate in site visits as required
- Perform competitor analysis and build professional PowerPoint walk decks
- Identify and generate new product opportunities for client proposals
- Prepare quotations, revisions, and documentation for client approval
- Create project dockets in Studio Hub to initiate creative briefs across teams
- Act as a liaison between Sales and cross-functional teams including:
- Creative
- Prepress
- Production
- Project Management
- Installation
- Support the development of PowerPoint presentations for client proposals
- Collaborate with creative teams to build custom client product catalogues
- Review monthly sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics with leadership
- Partner with Finance and Client Services to ensure alignment on objectives
- Coordinate approved content for social media marketing initiatives
Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:
- Experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles (asset)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce (asset)
- Familiarity with retail environments and tools is an asset:
- Retail fixtures
- Visual merchandising
- PACE
- PrintStream
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong collaboration mindset with cross-functional teams
